Biography
He studied architecture at the Technical University in Darmstadt and at the Architectural Association in London, where he taught until 2012. From 2005 to 2008, he was a professor at the University of Art and Design in Offenbach am Main. Since 2008, he has been a professor at the University of Stuttgart. He was a visiting professor at the Harvard Graduate School of Design. From 2004 to 2009, he served as a partner in the architectural office Ocean North.
