Buvila – Villa of Ing. Václav Budila

Functionalist summer villa for the owner of the Kolín power plant ESSO, Ing. Václav Budila. Given the sloping terrain, it is designed in three levels. The lower level includes staff accommodation, a laundry room, and storage spaces. Nearly the entire ground floor is occupied by a living room with a dining area and a spacious terrace overlooking the valley. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and a prominent balcony extending beyond the terrace level is connected to the house by a walkway.
