Flat in Prague

The owners of this new apartment wisely approached us at a time when the hole for the entire apartment building was still being dug.
Only the boundary of the future apartment, the position and sizes of the windows, the location of the shafts for water and waste connections, and the position of the entrance door remained unchanged.
Our task was to design the future layout of the apartment in such a way that it met all the investors' requirements and that every detail of the future interior execution was addressed already at the design stage.
The owners are very satisfied in their new home today and say they wouldn't change anything. We are very pleased that it paid off that we worked together on everything - the study, the project, and the coordination of the construction work together with the developer and all the interior design proposals with all the manufacturing details.
