Beautiful View is the concept of two standalone residential buildings with a shared underground garage, connected on the ground floor by a parlor with civic amenities. The parlor is surrounded by a steel pergola with corten cladding, which shades the glass walls of the commercial premises. Above the pergola, on the 1st floor, there are apartments with roof terraces/front gardens. On typical floors, all apartments have large balconies comparable to terrace sizes, representing the concept of vertical terrace houses in both buildings. The taller building offers all apartment owners a shared terrace with landscaped features on the roof of the highest floor, which allows for relaxation and panoramic views. The project is urban-forming, with the parlor dedicated to a square and greenery for the people.
