A lofty pictorial tale of the project's origin and the acquisition of the Byzantia contract can be read in the book SMLXL. The fact remains that there are 63 apartments, 450 parking spaces, and
9 offices (approximately 300m²), the rest is mere speculation. The author's fondness for history, references to his previous projects, and messages to his opponents are evident. They do not dare to review the construction. I simply want to convey that the house stands.
