COXs club - Music bar

The original intention of the project was to expand the premises of the construction company Bausysteme in Mikulov with office spaces and new commercial units. During the project, the idea arose to utilize the most commonly used products of the construction company working with the VELOX lost formwork system in a different way. Together with the investor, we had the opportunity to try using these materials in another form. A design for a bar in a partially submerged basement was created, which is predominantly made of concrete and was largely built by the father and sons with the assistance of our team.
