House at Kocábě

New building of a cottage in the picturesque valley of the Kocába stream, on the site of the original recreational facility from the 1920s. The structure has a simple shape - rectangular floor plan, two floors (ground floor and attic), gable roof. The entrance level is accessible via an outdoor staircase, and the main living space is oriented towards the garden and the stream. The attic, where two rooms are located, is accessible by a staircase. The cottage has been remodeled into a simple, classic form of a house with a gable roof. The house is clad in burnt wood, has wooden windows, and the roof is made of metal standing seam roofing.
