This is a three-unit residential building on a steep hillside plot in Lucerne. Its primary structure consists of a robust concrete core and floor slabs, complemented by a hybrid timber construction for the façade and roof. The project achieves Passivhaus-level performance with a net-positive energy concept. The compact, adaptable layouts respond to the narrow site and topography with a restrained architectural language.
