Our clients bought a house from the 1960s, situated in a beautiful location.

To be more precise - they bought a lovely plot with a southwestern view. They did not have any illusions about the house.

They were prepared for its demolition because it was too small for their needs, poorly designed, built with low-quality materials, and worn by the passage of time. The living area was 1.4m above the ground, and access to the garden required going down stairs. The only quality aspect was the basement - statically sound, well insulated, with sufficient ceiling height, and half buried in the ground. We preserved about 2/3 of the area, and in the freed-up space, a new living area (ground floor) is starting. Access from the garden to the large living space (kitchen, dining room, living room) is directly at ground level.
In addition, this main floor includes sufficiently large entry storage spaces; a separate area for bikes, skis, a lawnmower, and garden furniture; an office, a sauna, a bathroom, and a toilet.

On the second floor, there are bedrooms with landscape views and access to a terrace, dressing rooms, and sanitary facilities.
