Offices Intertech Plus

The company Intertech Plus has been engaged in the production and processing of recycled rubber for use in the fields of sound insulation, construction, industry, material transport, and sports equipment for a long time. It has its headquarters and production capacities in the area of the former agricultural cooperative in the center of the town of Drásov.
The project addressed the reconstruction of the interior of a two-story administrative building oriented along the main street. It included partial layout adjustments of common areas, offices, and sanitary facilities. There was also a "cleaning" of the interior from freely carried installations and a repair of the poor craftsmanship of most construction elements. The lighting of all spaces was newly addressed, and the heating system as well as the plumbing installations were modified. The interior was completely furnished with new furniture.
The goal of the reconstruction was to create a pleasant and fresh working environment that supports the teamwork of a successful company's team. The choice of materials and the distinctive colorfulness of the selected interior elements, placed on a white background, respond to the technical character of the company's business.
The project received appropriate attention from the investor, allowing it to be detailed down to the choice of materials, products, and interior accessories.
