The strategic location has been used for a building at one and the same time general and site-adapted, with the care devoted to all sides, roof included. The moderate size and high-glass execution make the glass box an appropriate model. The great cogency of the project was made possible by the architect also being client, developer and project leader. Among other things, this has led to innovative low-tech solutions such as cooling the visible TT coffers of the floor structures with the aid of seawater, convectors in arred trenches along the inside of the double-glazed facade taking care of cold downdaughts, and a smoth-running open-plan office. The building is sophisticates in it's “public relations“. With the ground storey given over to a restaurant and bar it can be accessed from several directions, including a bridge to the fourth floor. The interior is informed by the unpainted structural materials, coupled with an unusual precision. The building was awarded the 2003 Kasper Salin Prize.
