Duplex "Just Send It"

The design of the duplex apartment in the modern Karlín project "Dva Domy" titled "Just Send It" is intended for a young, dynamic client. The interior is conceived with an emphasis on the combination of modern design and natural elements. Materials such as wood, metal, and concrete intertwine throughout the environment in pleasant, natural shades. The generous and airy space also emphasizes the need for ample storage and practicality.
In the lower part of the apartment, there is a living room connected to the kitchen, dining area, and a cozy seating area. The central element of this part is a backlit bar with a floating kitchen island, creating the pulsating heart of the entire space. The area is designed to provide both a cozy atmosphere for relaxation and a fully functional social space for gatherings and entertainment.
The staircase connecting the lower living area with the bedroom and study upstairs is an elegant design feature. It is visually separated from the living space by wooden beams, creating an interesting connection between the two levels of the apartment. The combination of solid and floating stair elements creates a dynamic space with many interesting views and perspectives, adding an original character and style to the overall design. Additionally, it hides countless storage spaces.
The motto "Just Send It" originated as a "greeting" from close friends… and perhaps even more embodies the style tailored specifically to the client.
