How much living space does a young person need to live in the city? A life without obligations, with a large number of hobbies and interests? Probably little. Maybe even less than little. They could even share it with someone else. And they would still fit. The time spent indoors at home has shrunk to a clean 8 hours of sleep. The rest of the day is enjoyed indoors in offices, cafés, galleries, restaurants, and bars. With a decreasing number of square meters purchased, the years in the noose of a bank loan also decrease. So, 25 m² for 25 years should be enough.
 
The apartment parameters are ideal. When there is tension in the relationship, it is possible to air out with four windows overlooking the courtyard, you can hide absolutely all skeletons in an eight-meter wardrobe, and in the middle of the studio, we find a folding table for a bunch of Facebook friends. Intimacy in the bathroom is assured by self-fogging glass during a hot shower, and the balcony is not without storage for accumulating nonsense. Over the weekend, it is possible to change the bed linens, lock expensive metals in a safe, and rent the apartment through Airbnb. A trip is earned.
 
Nobody bothered much with the appearance. The speckled oak was on sale, the furniture was almost entirely assembled from IKEA, and the tiler almost laid the tiles upside down due to the similar appearance of the back and face. Due to a shortage of plaster mix, a part of the original masonry remained visible on the wall. However, we must not forget the highlight of the interior - the carpenters really worked hard on the foldable bed!
 
The apartment is a manifesto, an experience, and a strong argument for a young architect, who will then be able to use the slogan: "Yes, it fits!" in discussions with clients.
