Renovation of garages in Trojanovice

The municipal garages in the center of Trojanovice have been approved by the representatives for redevelopment for commercial purposes. And that was once again a challenge for us.

We proposed to retain the mass with large openings and replace the doors with glazing. The large-format glazing allows the businesses to connect with the surroundings of the central part of the village. During the reconstruction, it was necessary to dismantle the original ceiling, including the roofing, and implement a new concrete ceiling structure. The wooden terrace expands the commercial and public space for visitors.

As part of this project for the municipality of Trojanovice, we also helped design the interior of the Kavárna Trojkafe. We are pleased that the location has found its clients and thus helps shape life in the village.
