Family House Horná Mičiná

It is a single-story house with a separate shelter for two cars and a garage, in a rectangular floor plan shape. The family house does not have a basement, it features a sloping shed roof above the living room and kitchen and a flat roof with a minimum slope of 2% over the other parts of the house. The family house is designed as a prefabricated wooden house established on reinforced concrete foundations. This house is unique for its energy efficiency and ranks among passive houses.
