A simple house with a rectangular floor plan and a gabled roof, respecting the local character of the countryside and buildings, is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, which borders fields and meadows. Due to its direct contact with the surrounding greenery, it appears to have naturally grown out of it. The natural character of the exterior is enhanced by the use of suitable materials. The surface of the facade is made of white traditional plaster and ventilated facade made of uncoated larch boards, which, through its gradual natural aging, supports the blending of the house with its surroundings. The roof covering consists of folded gray sheet metal.
The building consists of a family house and separately standing storage spaces and a garage, which are connected to the house by a flat roof.
The starting point for the design was primarily the spatial and aesthetic requirements stemming from the idea of traditional living in a family house. The result is a rational family house that reflects the character of the building and respects local architecture.

The layout of the house is very simple and airy.
The main entrance is located in a sheltered area on the southeast facade of the building and connects to the exterior communication - a paved area leading to the public communication. The entrance area is characterized as an entrance hall with an attached wardrobe and also provides access to the technical background with a laundry room. The entrance corridor serves as the main communication unit within the first floor.
Directly opposite the entrance area is an oriented study, a separate WC, and next to it, a bathroom for children. The bedroom is located in the northeastern part of the floor plan. It is equipped with its own bathroom and wardrobe.
The floors of the house consist of the first above-ground floor and the attic, which communicate with each other - connecting at the gallery area.
The living room space opens through two floors up to the gabled roof, whose structure is exposed. Maximum glazing across the entire width of the living room and the kitchen with dining area allows for a visual connection between the interior and the external covered terrace and garden. The attic can be accessed via a single-arm staircase from the children's room, whose ceiling is open, filled with a walkable network. This serves for relaxation and connects the zones of the children's room to each other. On the upper floor, there is a gallery and a separate room, a sleeping area for children.
The materiality of the interior is characterized by simplicity, specifically a combination of wood, white plaster, and natural materials. Black accents emphasize this aspect and allow the space to stand out.
