The newly built family house has two floors with a flat roof and terraces accessible from the living area. The design reflects the slope of the land and includes a garage for motorcycles and a carport, which form a significant architectural element in front of the entrance to the building.
The addressed building of the newly built family house consists of two floors, with the second above-ground floor being smaller and rectangular in shape. The house is not basement-ed and has a flat roof. On the first floor, there are two height levels with a difference of 300 mm, following the slope of the land. In the higher part, there are an entrance hall, a wardrobe, a toilet, and a technical room.
The house has two terraces, both accessible from the living area. The relaxation terrace is on the northwest side between the house and the garage for motorcycles, while the party terrace on the southeast side is covered with a steel structure. The garage for motorcycles and the carport form a significant architectural element at the entrance to the house.
At the front on the first floor, there is the main entrance with a vestibule, wardrobe, and toilet. From the vestibule, one enters the central living space with an open kitchen, living room, and dining area. The first floor also includes a technical room, gym, pantry, and a parents' bedroom with its own wardrobe and bathroom. Stairs from the living room lead to the second floor, which contains an office, two rooms, and a bathroom.
