Family House Horní Jirčany

The plot is located on the outskirts of the village on a gentle southeast slope, adjacent to an architecturally inconsistent group of new family houses. The land offers views of the landscape to the east and southeast.

The brick house has two mass-identical floors, with the upper floor rotated approximately 35° relative to the ground floor. The first floor contains the entrance area, a living space with a kitchen, and a guest bedroom with separate facilities. It is oriented in accordance with the road and the orientation of the plot, and its main facade faces south into the garden.
The second floor features a trio of bedrooms with facilities. This floor is rotated towards the east compared to the ground floor, towards the view of the horizon of the landscape. Thus, the bedrooms have a terrace, shielded from views of the nearby neighboring house. In the ground floor, under the overhang of the upper floor on the southern side, there is a covered loggia, and on the northern side, an entrance space also serving for parking.
A separate spacious garage adjoins the road.
