Architectural and Layout Solution of the Building
This is a standalone, three-story new building of a family house, which from all sides appears to be two stories high. The facade of the house is clad with Cembonit facade panels. The building is located on the edge of the village of Ráječko in the Blansko district.
The building is positioned at the foot of the slope at the level of the local road. There is an entrance to the parking space under the house designated for two personal cars. The other part of this floor consists of the main entrance, storage rooms, a utility room, and a garage for a motorcycle. On the second floor, there is a vestibule, a living area, a toilet, and a wardrobe.
On the third floor, which is elevated by 3 meters above the level of the built-up area of the first and second floors of the house, there are two children's bedrooms, a parents' bedroom, a toilet, and a shared bathroom.
The concept of the house was designed with consideration for the investor's clear vision and the spatial needs of the family.

Used Materials in the Interior

The flooring in the living areas of the house consists of industrial mosaic from teak, while polished terrazzo was used in other spaces. The walls are finished with plaster in combination with teak wood cladding - veneer. The internal doors are smooth, solid, without frames, into an overlay frame. The height of the doors is 2600-2800 mm.

Structural Solution
Vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures are designed using the POROTHERM construction system. The external load-bearing walls are designed with 30 P+D blocks supplemented with a contact insulation system made of mineral wool. The non-load-bearing partitions are made of CV 14 bricks, thickness 150 mm. The ceiling structure above the first and second floor is designed using the MIAKO system, with the third floor's projection using monolithic reinforced beams. All windows, doors, and glazed walls in the facade are designed from aluminum, glazed with insulating glass. The roof structure is supported by nailed truss beams with connection plates.
