Family House Sobělice

The proposed house is a single-storey, has T-shaped floor plan and a flat roof. This floor plan creates sufficiently intimate outdoor spaces and separates the public area of the street from the private area of the garden. A distinctive artistic feature is the rearranged roof, which creates a ledge as a traditional architectural feature and serves as a covered car stand and cover for entrances to the house and terrace.
It adds elegance and dynamism to the house.
The material and colour solution is very simply a facade plaster of white colour with respect to the shape.
