The family house is located in the protected landscape area of the Beskids, not far from the hiking trail leading to Pustevny. It is a modern reconstruction of the original building using local traditional materials, but with contemporary technologies. The volume and layout of the house are derived from the original house, from which the foundations and stone parts (including a small cellar) were preserved. The above-ground part of the house is designed as a wooden structure with a ventilated façade made of larch boards.
