Apartment modifications in Kobylisy

The aim of the apartment renovations in the brick apartment building from the 1950s was to achieve a more generous and well-lit layout of the apartment through simple construction modifications. In place of the original unused hallway and corridor, small bathroom, separate toilet, and connecting kitchen, a single continuous space is created, divided only by light translucent partitions with sliding elements and doors. The entrance hallway is illuminated along its entire length through a partition made of chamber polycarbonate – Makrolon – and smoothly connects to the completely open space of the living room and kitchen.
