Facilities for footballers TJ Vlčovice

The Department of Development and Investments of the city of Kopřivnice approached us at the beginning of 2014 with a proposal for the reconstruction of the facilities for the football team TJ Vlčovice. Our experience from the reconstruction of the facilities at TJ Bystré in Trojanovice has shaped our path to design an important facility for local athletes in a simple and economical way.
The existing changing room building was removed, preserving the foundation structures. The new building is designed as a wooden construction from a beam system, has a simple rectangular floor plan, and is located on the site of the original building. The roof structure is a single-pitched design made of wooden glued trusses. The façade is designed as a combination of titanium-zinc folded sheet metal and wooden battens.
