C+S Architects

C+S Architects is an architectural office based in Italy, with Carlo Cappai and Maria Alessandra Segantini as the principal architects. The studio works in various fields of architecture: from landscape design and urban planning to the design of objects of different scales, as well as interior design, for both the private and public sectors. C+S office has won several significant international competitions, including a polyclinic in Milan, the Tenova headquarters in Varese, a residential complex in Japan, and student housing in Venice. The architects have received numerous architectural awards and were nominated for the Mies Van der Rohe Award in 2009, among others. They exhibited at the 8th Venice Architecture Biennale. Cappai and Segantini believe that high quality in architecture can be achieved through constant dialogue, whether with clients, consultants, contractors, or end users, all combined with high ecological standards.
