Biography
In 1978, he earned his bachelor's degree from the Chicago MIT and a year later from the Milan Polytechnic, where he has been involved in research and teaching since 1980. He is currently a professor of architecture and urban planning at the Campus Leonardo of Politecnico di Milano. He has taught at international seminars in the Netherlands, Germany, and Spain. He was a visiting professor at Syracuse University (1989-90) and ETH Zurich (1997-98). He is married and has four children.
