David E. Miller is an American architect who, in 1980, co-founded the Miller/Hulle Partnership with Robert Hull. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in architecture from Washington State University in 1968, subsequently worked in the Peace Corps in Brazil, and in 1972 obtained a Master’s degree in architecture from the University of Illinois. Since 1990, he has taught at the Department of Architecture at the University of Washington in Seattle, which he also led from 2007 to 2015.
