Biography
1961 - originally trained as a carpenter, earned a degree from the Boulle school in Paris
1964 - graduated from EnsAD (L'École nationale supérieure des Arts Décoratifs) in Paris
1967-69 - worked in the studio of Claude Parent, where he became acquainted with architecture and Jean Nouvel
1969-72 - co-led a studio with Jean Nouvel
1972-74 - led a studio together with Jean-François Guyot, Gilbert Lézénès, and Jean Nouvel
1975-92 - independent architectural and artistic activity (painting, illustration, scenography)
1993-96 - consulting architect for the National Commission for Cultural and Conference Centers
1992-2005 - shared studio with Sylvie de la Dure in Paris and Arles
2005 - consultancy for the municipality of Port-Saint-Louis-du-Rhône
2004-10 - lived in Brittany and worked as a professor at ENSAB in Rennes
