Biography
He studied architecture at the Czech Technical University in Prague (1950). In the 1950s, he was politically and existentially affected. In the 1960s, he was a designer and head of the studio at Czechoslovak Airlines. From 1971 to 1987, he was the chief architect of the Regional Project Institute in Prague. After that, he worked in private practice.
He is the author and co-author of the departure hall of the international airport in Ruzyně, interiors of Czechoslovak Airlines offices in several countries, Czechoslovak embassies in Bonn, Brazil, Copenhagen, Beijing, and Tokyo, and numerous other significant projects.
