Daramis is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team in a technical role. This position involves preparing construction documentation, producing high-quality renderings, and supporting project management across residential development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation of detailed construction drawings and documentation
• Development of 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD
• Creation of 3D models and high-quality visualizations/renderings & presentations.
• Participation in project coordination and management
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in construction documentation, including detailing
• Strong proficiency in 2D AutoCAD, 3D programs, photoshop etc.
• Ability to independently deliver accurate and complete technical documentation
• A strong design sensibility, with a clear architectural perspective beyond current trends
• Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work within tight deadlines
• Proactive, motivated, and passionate about architecture
• Fluent English and Czech (required)
