Together with Jean Saubot, Eugène Beaudouin, and Urbain Cassan, he worked on the design of the Montparnasse Tower from 1969-72 and created the urban planning of the new Saint-Georges district in the center of Toulouse, culminating in 1976 with the creation of the Place Occitane square. The firm of Louis de Hoÿm de Marien designed most of the Nouveau Villaine district built in the late 1960s and 70s in Massy, a southern suburb of Paris.
