Biography
Péter Hámori studied architecture at the Technical University of Budapest and at the Tokyo Institute of Technology. He gained professional experience in the studios of SANAA in Tokyo, Makoto Yamaguchi Design, and PLANT - Péter Kis Atelier in Budapest.
In 2015, he co-founded the architectural and urban planning studio GUBAHÁMORI with Sándor Guba. Their work often involves experts from various fields: illustrators, visual artists, ecologists, and urban planners. In 2015, the office was selected as one of the best Hungarian architectural firms U35, and in 2020, their work with FILIP and László Demeter was exhibited in the Polish pavilion at the 17th Venice Architecture Biennale.
