Biography
Reiner Hendrik de Graaf is a Dutch urban planner, architect, theorist, and writer. He studied architecture at the Technical University of Delft and the Berlage Institute in Amsterdam. Since 1996, he has been working at the Rotterdam office of OMA, and since 2002, he has been the director of the think tank AMO. He has taught at the Strelka Institute in Moscow, Harvard University in Cambridge, and since 2020, he has been at the Berlage Institute.
