Architecture

Our knowledge in the field of architecture is extensive, which is why we collaborate with renowned
architects and architectural studios with whom we have years of personal experience. The basis
of our concept is to provide the client with comfort and time savings for their specific
project. In this case, we act as a partner for the investor, ensuring the complete
architectural and design part. We know exactly how this process works and what the final
output should be.

Villa Písek

Welcome to the exceptional villa in the South Bohemian city of Písek. This villa is situated on a plot of 951 m². The terrace features a large outdoor pool with a covered terrace and a magnificent panoramic view of the entire Písek. The villa itself has one underground and two above-ground floors with a usable area of 400 m². In the villa, you will find 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 dressing rooms, and 2 toilets. The villa is filled with custom-made furniture in white tones combined with veneers, adding warm tones to a beautiful and clean interior that does not disrupt with any bold colors.

Villa Prague East I.

Allow us to invite you to one of the two villas we built in Prague East. The villa, located near a beautiful mixed forest, occupies a plot of 3500 m². The usable area of the house is nearly 300 m², featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 dressing rooms, an office, as well as a game room, sauna, and outdoor pool with a hot tub.

Villa Modřany

The client's primary requirement was to build a comfortable, three-story house set within a diverse older urban development. The main specificity of this building is its foundation, where the house is built on sandy subsoil. At the same time, we also had to shore up the surrounding plots to prevent landslides.

Villa Herink

The client's fundamental requirement was to create a house in a quiet place for living with family. The client's wish was to conceive the shape of the house as a simple mass, taking into account the principles of low-energy buildings. The mass of the house has an irregular floor plan shape in its basic architectural concept. A large part of the house is glazed with views into the garden and simultaneously has access to the terrace and the pool.

Villa Radonice II.

The client's basic requirement was to create a barrier-free one-story house, known as a bungalow. The client's main wish was for a modern house with sharp shapes that would provide comfortable living for a family with children. A significant feature is the frameless system of window fills glass-wood SkyWall from the company Jánošík. The façade features only silicone white plaster combined with a sheet metal arch cladding element.

Interior

Realizing the interior is a rather demanding process that requires a great deal of time to ensure that the
result has no compromises. And we do not make compromises! We realize interiors either based on an
architectural design that we have developed ourselves or based on an architectural design from your architect. It is necessary to realize that the realization of the interior has
countless intersections between the rough construction and the finalization of the interior. Therefore, in the overwhelming majority of cases, we complete projects including the comprehensive supply of the interior. During the execution, we have the entire process under control, allowing the client to guarantee that they will receive a work consisting of more interdependent and dependent professions within a set timeframe and with the highest possible quality.
