When Implementation Keeps Pace with Design

At SYB, we believe that quality architecture is achieved when design and implementation operate as a single unit. It is often the detail that determines whether the original character of the design can be maintained during the implementation phase.

We specialize in atypical monolithic structures and technologically demanding realizations, where it is essential to link architectural design with precise execution. Direct collaboration with the architect, quick decision-making, and the ability to resolve details without unnecessary intermediaries are important to us.

For geometrically complex structures, we utilize 3D formwork modeling, which we design and manufacture custom-made. This enables us to realize more complex shapes and atypical details.

We perceive technology as a natural part of the structural solution. We can integrate air conditioning, cooling, heating, and electrical installations directly into monolithic structures so that the purity of the design is not compromised.

Thanks to direct communication between design and implementation, we can quickly respond to specific situations directly on the construction site and flexibly refine details during the execution.

Our roots date back to 1993. Historically, we have been involved in projects for clients such as OC Zličín, Mercedes, TV Nova, ČNB, Ronal, Prague Airport, VF Czech services, KFC.

Today, we build on the connection of three divisions: CONSTRUCTION, TECHNOLOGY, and SERVICE.

The CONSTRUCTION division carries out atypical monolithic structures and architecturally demanding realizations. The TECHNOLOGY division ensures comprehensive building services engineering solutions, and the SERVICE division provides long-term building management with continuous emergency service and a personal approach.
