Sascha Zander and Christian Roth founded the office zanderrotharchitekten in Berlin in 1999. This young team did not want to just think about architecture, but also wanted to create it. Therefore, they developed an efficient concept for building groups, based on which both architects designed and realized many residential projects in Berlin. In addition to their main focus on innovative residential construction, the office equally dedicates itself to designing schools, processing and realizing projects for technical and operational buildings, and contemplating future possibilities for unpopular prefab apartment buildings. The architecture of the zanderrotharchitekten office is characterized by consistency in concepts, organization, and design, which is well illustrated by the multiple award-winning residential complex on Zelterstrasse or the apartment building on Schönholzer Strasse in Berlin.
