We are gradually modifying, demolishing, and extending the industrial complex near Prague. The dominant feature is the completed structure of the former heavy warehouse. In our design, we relied on the original exposed skeleton of the facade, into which new fillings made of trapezoidal sheet metal have been inserted. The inserted red metal containers are particularly striking, as they also extend into the interior and refer to the company's logistical focus. The building retains its original industrial character both inside and outside, with industrial elements such as beams and original concrete structures left visible and highlighted. We have added an additional floor with a rooftop terrace to the newly created administrative building. The predominant materials are trapezoidal sheet metal, concrete, and glass.
We are also gradually modifying other buildings in the complex while maintaining a similar concept to create a cohesive whole.
