The builder purchased a stainless steel pool and was looking for a solution to incorporate it operationally and visually with the already sensitively renovated family villa in the quiet part of Bílého Předměstí Pardubic.
For the placement and technical solution, the crucial decision ultimately was to provide the swimmer in the countercurrent with an unobstructed view of the meticulously maintained garden all year round.
The generous investor also agreed to the construction of a second building, which better completes the garden than the rear wall of the neighboring garages. The open salla terrena finally transformed into a closeable gazebo with pleasant seating even in the dreary weather of the ending autumn.
A small garden shed was also realized for garden tools and the bicycles that are essential in Pardubice. This connects to the paved courtyard and simultaneously prevents views from the street into the private garden.
Some visions remained only on paper, and quite a few details were buried by the "creativity" of the craftsmen. Nevertheless, the result in the form of three new buildings, with a unifying use of supporting structures made of larch wood, is widely used by the satisfied investor and his grandchildren.
