Bistruck Havířov

Two chefs decided to come to Havířov and start their business here. We simply left their kitchen stranded in the space we had available. The area was originally designed and permitted as a universal commercial space and is located in a complex that underwent insensitive reconstruction. First of all, it was necessary to design a spatial and operational solution that would respond to the intention, consider technical and financial possibilities, and simultaneously create a unique cozy space. A clear line separating the preparation area from the bistro itself helped establish the basic concept - the wall of a truck, from whose window the food is served. If the preparation area is a metaphorical truck, then consumption must take place in the garden. All the furniture, lighting, etc. are selected so that the metaphorical garden can be easily changed throughout the year, adapting to the atmosphere of the different seasons.

The cohesive concept of a food truck with a garden actually represents the goal of the investor's conceptual idea - perfect burgers served in disposable containers, all realized in a pleasant environment.
