Architect: KC Architecture s.r.o. , Architektonický atelier ABV
Address: U Michelského mlýna, Michle, Prague, Czech Republic
Investor:SOGEPROM Česká republika s.r.o.
Project:2008
Completion:2011

The residential building Oáza Michle is located in Prague 4 - Michle along the street by the Michel Mill. The area in question is bounded to the west by a road, which was reconstructed along with the construction of the building, to the east by the bank of the Botič stream, to the north by the boundary of the land parcel no. 922 and the house on the standing land, and to the south by the existing road.
The building consists of 6 above-ground and two underground floors. Starting from the 1st floor upwards, there are apartments located. The underground floors house communal garages, building technical facilities, and storage rooms. The building contains 59 residential units ranging in size from 1+kk to 4+1 with areas between 26 m² and 120 m². There are 5 duplex apartments in the highest floors.
The building is divided into three masses with a wedge-shaped floor plan, determined by the shape of the usable part of the land. In height, the object is divided into three levels with stepped rooftop extensions. The proposed façades are articulated with bay windows, balconies, and loggias, as well as with color and material solutions. The building approaches the scale of lower residential structures more directly towards the street U Michelského mlýna. At the level of the recessed floors, it then connects to the buildings along the street Nuselská.
There are two pedestrian entrances to the building from the street U Michelského mlýna, each leading to one of the vertical communication cores that divide the building into three masses. The house is covered with flat roofs, and the recessed parts serve as terraces for the duplexes.
