House in the Forest

The house is located on the outskirts of the village in a beech forest. Due to its northern orientation, the house has been placed unusually high on a natural clearing with a terrace around an old chestnut tree. The house is set on a steep slope on stilts, on which an airy timber construction is placed. The large mass of the house is broken up by playful divisions and colorful arrangements of the wooden façade cladding.
Construction: A separate massive, skeletal structure made of red spruce standing on airy concrete and steel stilts.
