Environmental Center Krsy

The environmental center is located in the northern edge of the village of Krsy. Urbanistically, it connects to the loosening structure of the village in the form of a solitaire. The building is designed by intersecting two main volumes. The first serves as the entrance area with a viewpoint and vertical communication, while the second is used as multifunctional spaces for exhibitions and training. The building is oriented with its main glazed facade to the south, where the viewpoint is also located, visually communicating with the square and the church of St. Lawrence and the picturesque horizon of the landscape.
The interior is designed as a multifunctional space intended for organizing lectures and exhibitions. Currently, an exhibition is being developed on the topic of healthy nutrition, natural renewable resources, etc.
The building was designed with an emphasis on the environment, renewable materials, renewable energy sources, and recycled materials. The structure is designed as a wooden building.
