Interior of the apartment on Divadelní street

The new duplex apartment was created by merging two units in the attic. The connection involved removing the floor (ceiling) so that a main space was formed, into which the other areas open. All spaces have a view of the river, and the ground floor is further extended by a terrace. To enhance the feeling of openness and fragility, glass is used extensively in combination with polished stainless steel - from which not only windows and doors are made, but also the walls of the floor with the connecting bridge and fixtures such as sinks, shelves, or tables. The layout of the apartment is designed as a duplex, where all rooms appear to be part of the central hall open across two levels. The rooms on the upper floor are connected by a glass bridge.
