The interior of a family house in close proximity to the Boršov chateau.
The logical and generous layout of the house before completion offered the opportunity to refine the project details by colleagues.
The foundation is a combination of solid wood with light furniture materials and a large library. The raw concrete ceiling remains exposed, complemented by a gypsum board edge that conceals a projection screen and curtain rods. The kitchen nook was designed to be generously spacious and practical. It is separated from the main living area by a discreet half-wall behind which a bench with a dining table is hidden.
Lavalite blocks helped bring more light into the inner hallway.
The main living space is open to the garden. One of the French windows can be covered with a projection screen to enjoy a large-format projection.
The young family of the owners naturally maintains the overall atmosphere of the house in the other rooms as well. They also enhance the overall impression with art, which will gradually increase from various authors, including their creative children.
