Thanks to Kafe Francin, the café located directly opposite the stop, people waiting for tram no. 17 at Strossmayer Square have a reason to postpone their departure a little. Two neon signs at each of the generous windows leave no doubt about what is happening inside. We bake and roast, shining out far and wide day and night. It is precisely the combination of these two activities that is a key characteristic of this unusual establishment.
So, those lured inside will enter the main space of the café with a white metal bar, a long, softly upholstered bench, and shelves full of coffee and still warm loaves of bread. Two smaller rooms follow this space. In the first one, under an arched ceiling, in addition to several tables and a staircase to the back, there is a view into the roasting room, separated by a glass wall with a metal frame. Those lucky enough can watch the transformation of green coffee beans into finished coffee right under the owner's hands. The last room has a club-like character - armchairs and a sofa invite you to spend the afternoon in them and not pay too much attention to the passing time and the departing trams.
All three spaces are connected by an oak floor and black-stained plywood paneling. The furniture made from the same material is complemented by colorful accents of various coffee machines, books, and long-playing vinyl records. Black hanging lights with glass shades define the arrangement of tables in the front area, while in the back, for a more intimate character, metal lamps are scattered freely on the walls. A warm atmosphere is provided to the entire place by the smooth plaster finish, into which the café's circular logo is embossed at the entrance.
Kafe Francin is a place where you can enjoy a flat white and order a Vienna coffee for your aunt.

Products: solid oak floor, built-in furniture and paneling made of dark-stained birch plywood, bar, doors, and railings made of painted steel, suede upholstery, custom-designed tables with oak veneer inlays.
