Task -
conversion of the interior of the former computing center into a showroom and back office for the e-shop of the company Poshme

Architecture -

The interior as a relative scenographic concept of the flowing moment, which appears to be fixed in its content and function.
Installation of new spatial geometries of raised levels that orient the space in their scale and layout. Diagonal layers of recycled pallets traverse the internal content as a structural theme and basic building material. The remaining wooden modules loosely paraphrase the space and walls.
The structural drawing of steel lines visually models the solitary record of equipment. Individual spatial and graphic motifs of the layout emerge. Memorable position of the console. Above all stands out an emotionally charged product of nobility, infused with all colors.
The glare of spotlights in a light still life.
Everything is bathed in whiteness…

Construction and technology -

Existing space from the 1980s. Materials conforming to the standardized offerings of the time. Aluminum perforated tiles used as ceiling and wall cladding materials. A double flooring layer for electrical distribution for the computing - then - arsenal. Square floor plan with brick partition walls, monolithic ceiling reinforced concrete slab, visually obliterated under a layer of mineral wool and the suspended existing ceiling, hybridized with office fluorescent fixtures.
Everything remained unchanged in its basic bond - like a past abstraction of something.
The design and implementation were primarily connected spatially and technologically.
