Loft Karlín

The apartment is located on the top floor of a building in the very heart of Karlín, offering unparalleled views of the surroundings and the adjacent Vítkov hill. Given the industrial feel of the entire building, the designed interior is conceived as an industrial loft apartment. The main living space has a linear layout connecting both facades – on one side there is a partially recessed seating area, and on the other side a dining area leading to the kitchen. The bathrooms are designed for both residents of the apartment – the men's bathroom features dark tones with the use of natural slate, while the women's bathroom has soft natural shades.
