The existing outdated structure of the Jednota shopping center required extensive renovations for new use, which affected the shape of the building and its aesthetic expression. The ground floor features a light outer shell with glass infills, while the upper floor has a facade clad in Siberian larch wood with slanted joints between the slats around the circular windows. The inspiration for this facade expression came from beads strung on a thread. The communication core is topped with a rounded light gray metal tube above the flat roof.
The shape of the circle is also reflected in the interior design, where the main corridors are enhanced with graphics of circular motifs. These are complemented by cement screeds on the floors of the corridors, white plaster walls or potentially exposed block walls with white paint, white lacquered doors with gray frames, and glass walls with colorful doors leading to each locker room. The lockers in the locker rooms are also colorful. The classrooms are designed with wooden floors and colorful wall plasters. The newly designed pavement in front of building A is complemented by simple shapes of flower beds and wooden benches contrasting with the facade featuring circular windows.
