The entire structure is primarily based on the economic sustainability of its operation, the investor's needs, orientation to the cardinal points, and the size of the spaces according to their significance. In assembling these elements into a whole, we additionally fine-tuned some details so that the building also has aesthetic quality. It was not only for this reason that the swimming hall received the Building of the Year 2021 award.

The specifics of the local context significantly influence the form of the new Municipal Swimming Hall, ensuring that this inserted element becomes an inseparable part of the local area. Primarily, it involves a generous opening of the pool area to the southern side, and conversely, a closure on the northern facade with the exception of local openings, such as the projection of a cooling terrace from the wellness section, which offers a view of the exceptional curves of the Czech Highlands. This solution is supported by a pronounced slope of the roof corresponding to the inclination of the local terrain, with a sloped northern facade, allowing for a necessary greater clear height in the pool area and, conversely, lower in the northern wing, where there are primarily smaller wellness, shower, and children's pool spaces.

The southern glazed facade will allow for maximum thermal gains and additionally provide suitable contact with the surroundings. The extension of the roof over the glazed facade is not only for aesthetic reasons, but in the summer it also protects against overheating, while in the winter, conversely, it allows the beneficial sun to enter as much as possible.
