The apartments are equipped with gas stoves and Junkers appliances for hot water preparation. The enclosed space of the building amounts to 20,000 m3, with construction costs of 200 CZK per 1 m3. Construction began on June 18, 1930, and was roughly completed in August, with occupancy permission granted on February 18, 1931. The construction was carried out by the company Ing.
