A wooden barn on a narrow plot near Ostrava converted into a residential house in the 1960s. The owners bequeathed the house to their descendants. In 2002, the building was romantically converted into a four-room house with an atelier. The house offers a magnificent view of Ostrava and the Beskydy mountains. The brick structure is partially basemented, with contact thermal insulation on the exterior walls finished with brick-red plaster and a slate roof, fitted with wooden windows and a fence. In summer, the living room expands into a residential garden at the same level. A spacious atelier of approximately 50m², with spruce cladding and flooring.
